General Information

DELTAK Manufacturing Inc. was founded in 1983 providing dependable and high quality Design & Development and Contract Manufacturing Services to various commercial, industrial and government organizations.

We are a solution provider and considered a key supplier for numerous companies throughout the United States.

Our headquarter facility is located in Walker, Louisiana and conveniently located between the cities of Baton Rouge and Hammond, Louisiana off of Interstate I-12.

Our main campus covers 35 acres and includes our Headquarters facility, and seven large production buildings:

• Paint Building (Explosive Proof - 50' x 100')

• High Precision Laser Cutting and Bending Facility (80' x 160')

• Test Building; Load Testing (30' x 50')

• E Shop - Metal Fabrication Building, 6,500 square feet (80' x 80')

• A Shop - Plasma Cutting, Welding and Metal Building Shop (80' x 100')

• C Shop - Plasma Cutting and Rolls (80' x 120')

• D Shop - Sheet Metal Fabrication (60' x 80')

• Main Office Area (50' x 80')

We have over 100,000 square feet of fabrication, assembly, test and inspection area and another 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.  

We work with your team to development, manufacture and support your product.
