Purchasing DELTAK Mfg., Inc., has established the business processes necessary to ensure material availability and competitive pricing. We maintain an extensive inventory of commonly used raw materials. Our automated inventory control system provides our purchasing department with the information required to order parts for kits or any desired quantity as well as maintain our current inventory level.
Parts Kitting Use of the bill-of-materials feature incorporated into our automated inventory control system assures high-accuracy when filling parts kits. An audit of the parts kit is performed as a final step in the process.

Testing DELTAK Mfg., Inc., provides functional test (i.e. load, bend and analytical) programs and procedures for the products we produce. We design special test equipment and software to functional test each product. In most cases, an initial set of manufacturing test requirements are established during the prototype phase |

of product development. If your project requires special test equipment, we will research it and build or acquire it as needed. The staff at DELTAK Mfg., Inc., has over 20 years of experience in the designing, implementing, and maintaining functional test programs. We can also provide these same services for your in-house designs.
QA All products undergo an extensive first article visual inspection during the initial fabrication and assembly process for new and updated product revisions to verify manufacturability. Furthermore, all products are functionally tested to verify the products are fully operational. Following these processes ensure the product our customers receive is fully operational, highly reliable and easy to manufacture. DELTAK Mfg., Inc., utilizes product serialization to provide traceability. All production lots undergo 100% Final Inspection prior to shipment to Customers.
