Precision Laser Cutting & Bending Facility Photos

General Information

We have enhance our precision in fabricating small and medium size parts with our new high precision Laser Cutting and Metal Bending facility. The fully equipment Laser Cutting and Metal Bending facility includes a new 12,800 (80' x 160') square foot facility that was constructed in the 4th quarter 2008, and is staffed with dedicated and trained CAD, Manufacturing and Inspection personnel. The facility includes the following equipment:

• Bystronic 4400 Watt Sheet & Plate Laser

• Trumph 200 Turret Punch w/ sigma nest data system

• Precision 250 Ton CNC Break Press, and

• Full Equipped First Piece/First Article Inspection laboratory with state of the art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
