Deltak Mfg. Plasma Cutting Services

Deltak Manufacturing offers (2) , 300 amp ,precision CNC plasma systems to serve our customers needs.  These cutting tables are 20’ units and can burn sheet and plate steel up to 2-1/2” in thickness.

Our plasma systems also offer H2O and Nitrogen assist for cutting stainless and other high dollar alloy material.  With tight tolerances and speed being an important factor in component cutting, automatic height sensors and on-the-fly scanners are utilized in the process.

These plasmas, along with our turret punch and 4000 watt laser, enables Deltak Mfg. to provide high quality, custom stainless steel duct systems with the associated fittings, hoppers, and product feed chutes for the industrial sector.
